Home staging has become one of the most effective way to get a good price and showings when selling a home. Stagers use stylish furniture, plants, artwork and accessories chosen to enhance a home's strong points - creating a warm, inviting look designed to appeal to today's homebuyers. Home staging has a profound effect on the appearance of a home, and paints a beautiful picture in the perspective buyer's mind. The results are amazing - often resulting in a faster sale at a higher price.

What a privilege it is to be part of the Jason Gaia team and offer professional staging to his listings. The goal of House of Chic is to present an "awesome first impression" of the property. This is accomplished by enhancing strengths and minimizing any weaknesses of the house by removing, repositioning, and or decluttering funiture and accessories. What is unique about this process is there is minimal purchases to the client since I use what they already own and improve the presentation. If you are a HGTV addict, you will love being a part of this process! First tip...wallpaper is perceived "dated" in this market. Invest in it being removed, and allow me to offer a paint selection that will appear fresh and updated. Any house can truly become "Chic"

I do agree with the idea of home staging. Others will make make renovations and rebuilding to improve the look of their property. They can then ask for a higher price when the house is sold.
