The Enchanted Forest has been a Memphis tradition for nearly 50 years, with the first forest exhibited in the basement of Goldsmith's Department Store downtown. Today's Festival of Trees features automated teddy bears, elves, penguins and more, plus a Gingerbread Village, Holidays Around the World, and Penguin Pond. And of course, there are dozens of beautiful trees sponsored and decorated by area businesses, churches and other volunteers. At the conclusion of your journey through the Enchanted Forest, you will be greeted by Santa who will be available to take photos with the children. Proceeds from the Enchanged Forest support Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center.
